See the registered units at an address, the maximum lawful rent, the rent charged each month the unit was occupied, and tenancies that began or ended in the past year. Search by street address or Assessor Parcel Number (APN).
About the Rental Registry
Charter Article XVIII requires owners of rental units to register each unit every year, report rents and tenancies, and pay the annual registration fee. The registry lists 26,948 registered units at 1,900 properties.
